Favourite Beechwood Moment:
As Bobby’s six at Groombridge has already been coveted (I was lucky enough to be umpiring at the bowler's end for it too!), it has to be Deano getting hit up the arse whilst keeping against Fordcombe, after I sent down an uncharacteristic leg-side long-hop.  Pure magic.

Self-appointed Director of Cricket at Beechwood, Steve often likes to talk about himself in the third-person, hence the profile being written about himself rather than myself.

When not single-handedly running the club, Steve spends his time caring for sick starlings and sparrows, but not magpies, as they are bastards. Steve also has an interest in world-peace, and is currently brokering a proposal to end all the wars in the Middle East, which incidentally involves unvieling his new design for an internal combustion engine that runs entirely on Tizer, hence expunging the need for oil.

Steve's favourite word is "moribund", and hopes one day to be the president of a small banana republic.
